How does it work?
- Choose a unit / week from our list of available weeks. You will have the same unit and week over the 3 year period.
- Fees are to be paid in advance. The 1 off payment is £1,325 apartment / £1,750 villa. Only additional payments will be for electricity / pet charges at the end of your stay.
What happens at the end of the 3 year term?
Once the 3 year term is complete you will have the following options:
- Hand it back and walk away
- Renew for a further 3 years
- Transfer to a timeshare ownership
