Aviemore is a very popular all year holiday destination and this is reflected in the fact that most of our timeshare weeks are allocated as Red Time (High Season) for exchange purposes with RCI.

Many resales weeks are very competitively priced by their owners (please feel free to compare with other UK prices). Our annual charges are democratically agreed by the members of the Scandinavian Village Association, and for 2026, these have been set at £407.09 for a one-bedroom apartment and £548.08 for a two-bedroom villa.

Weeks in Apartment 66 are not owned by members of Scandinavian Village Association and are not available for sale.

If using exchange facilities, our apartments exchange for a unit sleeping up to four people and our villas exchange for a unit sleeping up to six people.
