How refunds are handled at Scandinavian Village.
No refunds will be given for any accommodation cancelled within four weeks of the commencement date. Any disputes regarding payment of Members Fees or Electricity Charges should be made to the office within 28 days of the payment. Any refund that the Company regards necessary should be made to the member within 28 days of the dispute decision.
